Interested parties can obtain a wealth of information regarding individual Inspectors, the education requirements of Inspectors, the Standards of Practice which are the required minimum standards by which all licensed professional Inspectors must adhere, a copy of the property inspection report that inspectors use, the governing rules of all inspectors, and much more.
Inspection Process
The inspection process takes about 2-3 hours to complete, depending on the size of the house. Prospect Inspectors, Inc. will go through every aspect of the home, including walking on the roof, in through the attic and all around the exterior and interior.
